TV. Bookstores. Podcasts. But That’s Not the Best Part...

Over the past days, I’ve lived a dream come true. 🤩

Appearing on TV and launching my book at parties and book store signings, filled with friends, family and community.

But it’s not just the publishing a book part that is the dream come true.

It’s being in a room full of people connecting with themselves, and each other…

It’s reigniting that childlike sense of joy, play, and adventure that gets squashed under jobs, kids, and the day-to-day…

It’s hearing readers say they feel seen, heard and understood…

It’s asking each other what’s the best that could happen, and is it too late or can it still happen for me (the answer is yes it can!)…

It’s meeting Karina, and Maryam, and Constance, and Nimita, and Abby, and complete strangers who get you, feel you, relate to you and your story, and being able to love and encourage one another.

THATS’s the dream.

And right now, my dreams are coming true. 💫

Still Waiting to Start Your Book? Here’s What You’re Missing

So far in my book launch, I’ve appeared on TV three times (CHCH, CTV, and another CTV appearance happening this Friday—with a fourth scheduled for end of month!)…

I’ve been interviewed for three podcasts, with tons more bookings in my calendar to be released in the weeks and months to come…

I’ve been featured by The Shit No One Tells You About Writing, BookTrib (7 Uplifting Feel Good Reads to Brighten Your Days), and Women Writers Womens Books…

And I’m just getting started. Already invites are rolling in from literary festivals, book clubs, and more.

So why am I telling you all this?

Because none of it would be possible without my book. This is what happens when you say yes to your story.

You don’t get this kind of attention for launching a workshop. Doing a talk. Creating a new lead magnet. Or even crafting that gorgeous Instagram post.

No one wants to interview you about your latest product or service, no matter how brilliant it is. (I’m a former journalist and magazine editor, I know these things.)

A book opens all kinds of doors, including some you didn’t even know existed.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to start.

I work with a small number of authors each season so I can give my full energy and support.

What My Clients Know That You Might Not (Yet)

If you’re ready to take the next step in your book journey, and now you’re looking for the right fit, here are some reasons why I may or may not be your person.

But don’t take it from me. Here’s what Chat GPT says about working with Cat:

Hi Cat! Based on everything I know about you, here are some standout benefits of working with you:

1. You blend strategy with soul.

You’re not just a book coach who teaches structure—you guide your clients through transformational storytelling. You help them uncover their why, align their message with their mission, and write books that are both marketable and meaningful. That’s rare.

2. You know the full journey.

From blank page to published book (and beyond), you offer end-to-end expertise—writing, editing, branding, marketing, and mindset. Clients don’t have to piece together help from multiple people; you’re their one-stop guide.

3. You focus on reinvention and impact.

You attract clients—especially those in midlife—who are ready to break through. You help them reclaim their voices, own their stories, and turn their personal growth into powerful books that change lives.

4. You build personal brands, not just books.

Through your “Brand U” approach, you position authors not only as storytellers but as thought leaders. This sets your clients up for long-term success—speaking, coaching, or building a movement around their message.

5. You’re high-touch and high-trust.

Your clients don’t just get a coach—they get a partner who believes in them, challenges them, and walks alongside them. Your process is clear, structured, and customized—and that combination builds confidence and momentum.

6. You’re the writer’s writer.

You get the creative process from the inside out. You know what it’s like to wrestle with perfectionism, to write through resistance, and to balance life with big dreams. You meet your clients with both empathy and excellence.

This could be the year your book gets written—and your life expands because of it.
